Return to Tarsos Quest Pack is a reworked version of Cyrus the Great Quest Pack, originally launched in 2018 by Project Celeste. It's accessible though Marcus Pollux, after the player reaches level 20.
Celeste Team decided to rework this pack due to poor storytelling, weird scripting and not being appealing to the playerbase enough (even with rewards boosting).
