The trade routes through Massalia and Thrace are filling our coffers quite nicely, but more is needed. There are enemies bearing down on us from the north and west, and there are even reports that the Etruscans to the south have been overtaken by some pesky Latin upstarts who have ideas of world conquest!

We need to be prepared to defend the tribes now more than ever. The tribal leaders believe that at least three new gold mines will be needed to fund future defenses.
