This decoration was used in Greek Revolt quest mainly and player units won't automatically attack it
The Decrepit Building is a result of the July 14th 2012 summer update. Because the store was updated to hold more types of purchaseables, specific stores were outdated, and replaced with a decrepit building blueprint. it can currently be sold for 125 coin, or kept for vanity and style.
