He is the Quest Giver for Legendary Quests in the Haunted Isle.
Bahram is the main quest giver in Halloween Event, a merchant in Tarsos and the mascot of Project Celeste. He usually appears on many spots of the cities made by Celeste team, like Well of Urd, Rhakotis, Zabol and Lodi.
His character design was inspired by Drust, a villain from the Celtic Campaign.
After many years in Tarsos, we can see a statue of himself and some embellishment through the city streets, showing how it thrived after all investment did by the player in Bahram's Lottery.
