Ashlar Masonry is a building technique used in mainland Greece since the Bronze Age Mycenae culture. This building technique uses prepared stone work that that has been dressed and cut into rectangular cuboid blocks that have square edges and smooth faces and laid in parallel courses without any mortar between the joints of the stone.
